Matveeva Natalia Ivanovna

On her entering Omsk State Theatre of Puppet, Actor, Mask "Harlequin" in 1997, after graduation from Omsk State Pedagogical Institute , Philology Department, Natalia Ivanovna Matveeva had to learn to be a Head of Editorial Department, Assistant Producer in edition as well . She managed to become a Professional on her own.

Good Head of Editorial Department is a call. He/she must not only know theatre critique well, be an expert in journalism , possess capacities of an organizer and managing abilities, have the talent of a writer, understand the essence of the genre, live the life of the theatre, but also love and be adherent to the theatre , which is the most important. Many people find themselves at puppet theatre by the will of fortune and stay and become sincere funs of it and of their profession. Natalia Ivanovna is such a person. Her work is seen to everybody: to a spectator who reads articles and critics about the theatre, to actors and producers who use her selections of related news items when they stage a new show. Natalia Ivanovna actively cooperates with the press and all the TV channels in Omsk, promotes theatre contacts with the playwrights , deals with theatre critics, files the theatre archives. Having come to the theatre quite by chance, Natalia became a professional Head of Editorial Department.
